Tanaf, Senegal
Participation in an international competition: the announcement required the design of a place of worship for three religions in the village of Tanaf (Muslims 65%, Christians 25%, animists 10%). In addition, it was requested that the architecture could accommodate different methods of use: place of education, healthcare (in case of need) and aggregative space for the community. The project is offered as a response to these requests, while maintaining respect for the individual and for diversities as the premise for a multicultural community.
